A Mississippi woman has been arrested after a traffic stop in Northampton County, where a state trooper found dozens of counterfeit handbags in her car.Dorothy Annette Harper, 50, of Tunica, Miss., was stopped by Pennsylvania State Police on Interstate 78 in Lower Saucon Township shortly after 11 a.m. Sunday for a vehicle code violation, according to a news release. A trooper speaking with the woman grew suspicious while asking her about her travel itinerary.Harper consented to a search of the car she was driving, police said. Inside, the trooper found 47 counterfeit Michael Kors handbags and several other bags bearing Louis Vuitton, Furla, Coach and Gucci labels.Harper was arraigned and transported to Northampton County Prison. Her bail is set at $2,000.
